For example, a 4m × 2m screen (8m²) would start at approximately $720–$960/day before transport, installation, and technician fees. Outdoor screens and custom configurations are quoted separately. Does the LED screen rental price include installation and a technician?+
The base per-m² rate covers the screen panels themselves. Transport to your venue, installation, on-site operation by a certified technician, and dismantling are quoted separately based on your venue location, screen size, and event duration. We always provide a fully itemized quote so you know exactly what you're paying for.
What LED screen size do I need for my event?+
A general rule: the screen width should be roughly 1/6 of the distance to the furthest viewer. For a room 30 meters deep, a 5-meter-wide screen is a good starting point. For events up to 200 people, a 4m × 2.5m screen typically works well. For larger audiences, we recommend a site visit and will provide a specific recommendation based on your room layout and content type.
